Position: Store Manager

Location: Malé, Maldives

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Manager to join our team and oversee daily store and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and warehouse operations, material storage, and stock movement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor incoming/outgoing materials.
• Coordinate supply needs with procurement and project teams.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly inventory, stock, and operational reports.
• Implement and enforce store procedures and inventory controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and inventory software.
• Fluent in English, physically fit, and aged 25–45.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and high integrity.
• Filipino nationality and fire safety equipment experience preferred.
