Kids Club Attendant

We are seeking a warm, energetic and responsible Kids Club Attendant to create a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment for our younger guests.

The successful candidate will organize and supervise age-appropriate activities, interact positively with children and parents, and support the smooth daily operation of the Kids Club while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome children and parents to the Kids Club in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Supervise children participating in Kids Club activities and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
• Organize and conduct age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities, games, arts and crafts and recreational programs.
• Encourage children to participate in activities and create an inclusive and enjoyable environment.
• Assist in developing daily and weekly Kids Club activity schedules.
• Prepare activity areas, materials and equipment before each program.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation of the Kids Club and activity areas.
• Ensure toys, games and recreational equipment are clean, safe and properly stored.
• Monitor the condition of Kids Club equipment and report any damage or safety concerns immediately.
• Follow established procedures for registering children, attendance and parent/guardian handover.
• Maintain awareness of children's individual requirements, including allergies, dietary restrictions and other relevant information communicated by parents.
• Communicate professionally with parents and provide appropriate information about activities and their child's participation.
• Respond to children's needs with patience, care and sensitivity.
• Handle minor guest concerns professionally and refer significant matters to the Supervisor or SEA Manager.
• Maintain appropriate supervision ratios and follow all child-safety procedures.
• Assist with children's activities during festive programs, special events and resort entertainment when required.
• Support birthday celebrations and other special Kids Club arrangements.
• Assist other SEA activities and recreational programs when operationally required.
• Participate in departmental meetings, briefings and training programs.
• Follow all resort Health & Safety, hygiene and emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the SEA Manager or Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school education or equivalent; relevant childcare, education or hospitality training would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, teaching or guest-service environment is preferred.
• Experience working with children of different ages and nationalities.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Additional foreign language skills would be an advantage.
• Ability to organize and conduct creative children's activities, games and recreational programs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of child safety, hygiene and emergency procedures.
• Comfortable participating in indoor and outdoor activities.
• Basic computer skills would be an advantage.
• First Aid and CPR certification are preferred.
• Childcare, safeguarding or related certification/training would be an advantage.
