Passionate about sales, customer service and fashion?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the Havaianas Maldives Team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Havaianas products
• Actively promote products, upsell and cross-sell
• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong knowledge of Havaianas products, styles, sizes and promotions
• Handle POS transactions and cash/card payments accurately
• Maintain attractive product displays and overall store presentation
• Assist with stock replenishment, receiving and inventory counts
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Support store promotions and day-to-day retail operations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable approaching customers
• Passionate about sales, customer service and fashion
• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets
• Basic computer/POS knowledge
• Responsible and reliable
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
