CARPENTER

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain boat fiber and wooden structures.

• Perform carpentry, joinery, installation, and finishing work.

• Inspect boats and complete required repairs and maintenance.

• Report damages, incidents, and defects to the Supervisor/Operations Manager.

• Work with engineers, captains, and crew to complete assigned tasks.

• Follow all safety and marine regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry and fiber/boat repair preferred.

• Skilled with hand and power tools.

• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Physically fit and able to work in marine/outdoor conditions.

• High school education; vocational training is an advantage.

• Flexible to work weekends and holidays when required.
