Security Supervisor (Local)

We're seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security operations, support team performance, and ensure a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate Security Officers during assigned shifts.
Conduct shift briefings and communicate important security updates.
Schedule and deploy security personnel to designated posts.
Conduct patrols and inspections to ensure safety and security compliance.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations.
Prepare shift reports and incident reports as required.
Train and mentor new Security Officers on company policies and procedures.
Ensure adequate staffing and provide operational support when needed.

Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the security industry.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of security operations, procedures, and incident reporting.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Good observation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to train, motivate, and manage security personnel.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and operational hours
