Are you passionate about safety, teamwork, and helping others? GAGE is looking for dedicated and qualified Lifeguards to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of guests and staff in the pool, beach, and sea areas by monitoring activities,
enforcing safety rules, and identifying potential hazards.
Perform water rescues, provide First Aid/CPR, and respond promptly to emergencies and incidents.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.
Educate guests on water safety, assist non-swimmers and children, and promote the proper use of
facilities.
Record and report incidents, accidents, maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and unsafe
conditions.
Deliver professional guest service while following all company policies, emergency procedures, and
lifeguard protocols.
Participate in training, drills, certification renewals, and perform any other duties assigned by the
Supervisor.

Requirements: 
Valid Lifeguard Certification.
Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
Previous lifeguard experience in a resort, hotel, or recreational facility preferred.
Strong swimming and rescue skills.
Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
