Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities

•       Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient running

•       Manage stock levels, inventory control, and coordination with suppliers

•       Supervise, train, and motivate shop staff to deliver excellent customer service

•       Ensure store presentation, merchandising, and displays meet brand standards

•       Handle cash management, sales reporting, and daily reconciliation

•       Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

•       Previous experience in retail or shop management required

•       Strong leadership and organizational skills

•       Good numerical and record-keeping ability

•       Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills

•       Fluency in Dhivehi and English
