Senior Marine Mechanic

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Marine Mechanic to join our team and ensure the proper maintenance and repair of marine engines and equipment. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of marine engines, outboard motors, and related equipment
• Diagnose mechanical problems and carry out necessary repairs
• Conduct inspections to ensure vessels meet safety and operational standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Coordinate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:
• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• 2–3 years of experience as a marine mechanic or in mechanical maintenance
• Strong knowledge of marine engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues independently
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate effectively with team members
