Refrigeration & VRF Air Conditioning Technician

We are looking for a skilled **Refrigeration & VRF Air Conditioning Technician** to join our maintenance team.

Location: Malé, Maldives

Key Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cold rooms, walk-in chillers, and freezers.

* Service and repair VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.

* Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.

* Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults.

* Check refrigerant levels, identify leaks, and carry out repairs in accordance with industry  

   standards.

* Maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, control panels, and related components.

* Keep accurate maintenance and service records.

* Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

* Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related field.

* Minimum **3 years** of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing commercial cold

   rooms and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.

* Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, compressors, and refrigerants.

* Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

* Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Valid driving licence is an advantage.
