IT & Systems Administrator

MU Store is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure, business systems, and day-to-day technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of networking, and experience administering business applications, including Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and computer systems.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Administer and support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, backups, and security policies.
• Provide first-line technical support to staff across multiple locations.
• Administer and support the Odoo ERP system, including user management, access rights, system configuration, and coordination with developers for upgrades and customisations.
• Monitor network performance, VPN connections, internet connectivity, and security.
• Maintain IP phones, attendance systems, CCTV, and other office technology.
• Document IT procedures, inventory, and system configurations.
• Ensure business continuity through regular backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT administration or technical support.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience administering ERP systems (Odoo experience will be an advantage).
• Knowledge of virtualization, backup solutions, and cybersecurity best practices is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
