Project Manager
Requirements & Key Responsibilities
- At least 02 years of experience in construction projects.
- Oversee daily site operations, conduct inspections, and resolve delays to keep milestones aligned with the project plan.
- Enforce strict adherence to specifications, safety protocols, environmental standards, and contract terms through regular audits.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Control budgets, expenditures, workforce allocation, and the approval of purchase orders and invoices.
- Proactively mitigate technical risks and manage scope changes with proper documentation and stakeholder approvals.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and provide senior management and clients with regular progress reports.
- Requires full lifecycle project delivery experience, proficiency in project software (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD), and preferably city or island-based experience.
