Requirements
At least 01 year of experience in construction projects.
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams of workers.
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Basic Computer Knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and managing construction sites to ensure that projects are delivered accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Leading and motivating teams of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working safely and efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
