About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Academic Manager to provide strategic leadership in delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and academic excellence across our programmes. The successful candidate will lead academic teams, drive curriculum development, and ensure continuous improvement in educational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage academic programmes and teaching staff.
  • Oversee curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic standards.
  • Support programme planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage academic resources, budgets, and operational activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic regulations.

Requirements

✔ Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Security Management, Health & Safety, Safety, or a related field.
✔ Bachelor's Degree holders with at least 3 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
✔ Proven experience in academic leadership within a higher education environment.
✔ Strong teaching, curriculum development, and research background.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
✔ Advanced IT and project management skills.
