Luxe Glow carries over 71 premium beauty brands spanning K-Beauty, luxury fragrances, skincare & derma, makeup, and hair care — serving customers across Malé and Hulhumalé. We are committed to delivering a world-class beauty experience rooted in quality, expertise, and care.
We're looking for a motivated, beauty-loving Sales Officers to join the team at one of our Beauty Motion shops — home to the Luxe Glow brand. You'll be the face of our store, helping customers discover the right products across 71+ premium beauty brands spanning K-Beauty, skincare, fragrances, makeup, and hair care.
- Welcome and assist customers, making confident product recommendations
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets
- Handle customer queries in-store, on WhatsApp, and via phone
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our beauty brands and product range
- Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Assist with stock counts, deliveries, and replenishment
- Support promotional displays and in-store setups
- Reconcile the till and prepare daily sales summaries
- Record customer feedback and flag insights to the supervisor
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent; beauty/marketing diploma is a plus
- Fluent in Dhivehi; good working English
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Genuinely interested in beauty products and trends
- Target-driven, reliable, punctual, and honest
- Comfortable with smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic POS systems
- Professional appearance in line with beauty industry standards
- MVR 10,000 – 12,000 per month based on experience
