Engineering Manager

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Engineering Manage to lead and coordinate engineering operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects effectively while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate engineering projects and daily operations
• Provide leadership and guidance to engineering teams
• Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and communication in English
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering tasks as required
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering supervision or management
• Proficient in English for reporting, supervision, and coordination
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering systems
• Ability to plan, supervise, and coordinate engineering projects effectively
