Engineering Manager / Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Engineering Manager / Supervisor to lead and coordinate engineering operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects effectively while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate engineering projects and daily operations
• Provide leadership and guidance to engineering teams
• Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and communication in English
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering tasks as required
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering supervision or management
• Proficient in English for reporting, supervision, and coordination
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering systems
• Ability to plan, supervise, and coordinate engineering projects effectively
