Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee store operations while managing accurate and timely dispatch of inventory. This role ensures proper stock control, order verification, and smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including storage, organization, and stock control
  • Verify and process customer orders with accuracy
  • Coordinate with Finance to confirm payments prior to dispatch
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods
  • Prepare delivery notes and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records and dispatch logs
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to meet delivery requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and proper handling standards

Requirements

  • Experience in storekeeping, inventory, or dispatch operations
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Attention to detail and accountability
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
