Job Summary

Manage procurement processes, supplier coordination, and ensure timely purchasing of goods at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source suppliers and request quotations
  • Compare prices and prepare purchase orders
  • Follow up on deliveries and documentation
  • Maintain supplier records and reports
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years experience in purchasing or supply chain
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems
  • Proactive and deadline-oriented
