Security Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Security Supervisor to lead and oversee daily security operations. The successful candidate will supervise security personnel, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and work closely with management to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide security staff on duty
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and security protocols
• Monitor premises and respond promptly to incidents
• Prepare reports and coordinate with management
• Maintain discipline and high operational standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in security or a supervisory role (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions
• Honest, alert, and dependable
