Job Description

BHM Traders is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to support daily inventory and warehouse operations. This role is open to Maldivian nationals only and is ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and comfortable working with stock records and physical inventory.

The Stock Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock data, supporting goods receipt and issue processes, and ensuring proper coordination between the warehouse and office teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory records (manual and system-based)

  • Record incoming and outgoing stock in a timely and accurate manner

  • Assist in goods receiving, verification, and documentation

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock movement and placement

  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits

  • Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor

  • Ensure proper labeling, coding, and storage of items

  • Support preparation of stock reports and daily inventory updates

  • Follow company procedures for stock control and safety

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Maldivian nationality required

  • Minimum Higher Secondary education or equivalent

  • Prior experience in stock handling, warehouse, or inventory role is an advantage

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail

  • Willingness to work in warehouse / operational environment

  • Good communication and coordination skills
