PROCUREMENT MANAGER
SCOPE OF WORK
- Manage and optimize the sourcing and purchasing of Alcoholic Beverages, Cigars, and other products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international and local suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Coordinate with the Finance Manager to manage procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure all incoming stock is recorded accurately and meets company quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee the timely replenishment of stock to meet sales demand.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to secure the best terms with vendors.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high ethical standards in purchasing.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and procurement best practices.
