About the Role
As a Creative Assistant, you’ll support our Digital Marketer–Graphic Designer in crafting eye-catching visuals and managing social media campaigns. You’ll gain hands-on experience in design, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and edit basic graphics, photos, and short videos.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and scheduling posts.
- Track engagement and prepare simple performance reports.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Share creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Organize creative files and assist with marketing materials.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–2 years experience (fresh graduates welcome!).
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
