Position: Instructor Trainee
Salary: MVR 8,000 - MVR 10,000

Job Purpose

To assist senior instructors in delivering training programs and gradually develop the skills and knowledge required to become a certified instructor. Instructor Trainees will support training sessions, learn instructional techniques, and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior instructors in preparing and conducting training sessions.
• Learn and practice instructional methods and techniques under supervision.
• Support in setting up training equipment and materials.
• Observe and participate in practical demonstrations and exercises.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during training sessions.
• Continuously update knowledge on training content, safety regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Certificate in Education, Safety, or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in teaching and training.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and regulations (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn training software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
