We are currently hiring a Sales Representative to be based at our Head Office in Malé, Maldives. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in sales, be willing to do fieldwork, and must know how to drive a motorcycle. This position is open to Sri Lankan or Indian nationals with a valid passport.
Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients to promote and sell company products.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports to the supervisor.
Collect payments and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Assist with merchandising, promotions, and product displays when needed.
Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for stock availability and delivery schedules.
Ensure proper handling and documentation of all sales transactions.
Male candidate (as per role requirement).
Must be based at or willing to work from the Head Office.
Must know how to drive a motorcycle and hold a valid license.
Proven experience in field sales is required.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Honest, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
