About the Role We are seeking a skilled and reliable Motor Rewinding Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in rewinding and repairing various types of electric motors and related components. Key Responsibilities Diagnose faults in electric motors, generators, and transformers. Perform complete motor rewinding, including stripping, cleaning, winding, and testing. Repair or replace damaged motor parts such as bearings, shafts, and insulation. Conduct motor performance tests and ensure compliance with industry standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment.
