Prepare and submit maintenance proposal ahead of renewal date.  Follow up with the customers and conclude the maintenance contract.  Raise invoice as per the terms of the maintenance contract and submit to the customer on time.  Follow up and collect payments.  Timely review of the problem areas with the department head and initiate necessary action.  Receive modernization enquiry and co-ordinate with maintenance department for survey and estimate.
