JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE

 

Description

 

Key Responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Sell residential properties to prospective buyers through activities such as cold calling, networking with agents, conducting site visits and viewing, reviewing of sales option documents
  • Develop strong network from leads that are generated through marketing activities
  • Build value-based customer and agent relationships
  • Achieve the sales target given
  • Manage to present realistic forecasts to the management team included analyse current trends and set future sales goals
  • Responsible and contribute towards the individual, departmental and organizational sales targets

 

Remunerations:

  • Basic
  • Commission
  • Variable Bonus

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent discipline with at least 2 years of sales experience. No Experience will be consider too
  • Strong agent and high net worth clients' network
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong passion in sales
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and articulate
  • Possess good negotiation skill
  • Achievement driven and a good team player
  • Must be bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking internal/external personnel
  • Due to the nature of the industry and job requirements, you may be rotated to work on weekends and statutory holidays
  • Based in Male, Maldives
