JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE
Description
Key Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Sell residential properties to prospective buyers through activities such as cold calling, networking with agents, conducting site visits and viewing, reviewing of sales option documents
- Develop strong network from leads that are generated through marketing activities
- Build value-based customer and agent relationships
- Achieve the sales target given
- Manage to present realistic forecasts to the management team included analyse current trends and set future sales goals
- Responsible and contribute towards the individual, departmental and organizational sales targets
Remunerations:
- Basic
- Commission
- Variable Bonus
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent discipline with at least 2 years of sales experience. No Experience will be consider too
- Strong agent and high net worth clients' network
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong passion in sales
- Resourceful, self-motivated and articulate
- Possess good negotiation skill
- Achievement driven and a good team player
- Must be bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking internal/external personnel
- Due to the nature of the industry and job requirements, you may be rotated to work on weekends and statutory holidays
