Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Atoll Volunteers and Atoll Marine Centre
Guest communication & relations: manage daily communication via email, phone and in-person
Coordinate our Family Volunteering and Teen volunteering programs
Handle bookings and provide personalised advice on excursions, dining and attractions
Coordinate smooth domestic transfers
Social media and digital communication: develop and implement social media strategy, share engaging content showcasing guesthouse and managing interactions
Business Development & partnerships - build relationships with organisations and travel agencies to expand reach
Internal coordination - ensure smooth guest operations and maintain high service standards
Handle invoicing and guest information organisation
Qualifications:
Experience in guest relations or hospitality, preferably in the tourism sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
