Key Responsibilities :
Manage B2B sales inquiries and reservations through various communication channels (email, phone, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other B2B partners.
Ensure prompt and accurate processing of reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Monitor and manage inventory to maximize sales and minimize losses.
Analyze sales trends and prepare regular reports for management.
Identify opportunities for new B2B partnerships and business development.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in B2B sales, reservations, or a similar role (minimum 2 years).
