Key Responsibilities: The Director of Guest Experience along with the team will be the person in charge from the pre- arrival, till post arrival experience. Guest experience by electronic requests. Personal contact with the guest. Front of house quality control. F&B quality control. Review sites / guest feedback forms / social media / TUI quality control. LQA standards. Seaside finolhu brand traits. Key Requirements: Proven Managerial work experience as a Guest Relations Director / Manager, Front office Manager or similar role required. Understanding of all hotel or resort management best practices. Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus . Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance. Ability to work flexible hours. Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation. Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field .
