We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Supervisor.
Duties & responsibilities:
Manage and allocate tasks to delivery team members.
Monitor and direct the delivery in-charge to complete all the deliveries within the given time frame.
Monitor and address any delivery-related issues or concerns.
Collaborate with other teams, to resolve logistical challenges.
Maintain accurate records and reports of delivery operations to managers.
Monitor delivery team performance and provide consistent performance feedback to HODs.
Manage and maintain all delivery vehicles records.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must possess leadership ability and team-building skills to effectively supervise staff and interact with all other levels of staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have well-developed problem-solving skills.
