Responsible for providing wine, cocktail, and beverage services to all customers within the designated bar, lounge, restaurant, and deck areas, and providing overall floor supervision for all employees working in the bars.

Experience and Skills required:
· Bachelor’s Degree or related Culinary Degree or 5-6 Years of industry and culinary management experience
· Experience in a hotel and restaurant brand and Pre-opening experience is preferred
· Previous experience with demonstration cooking, menu development, and pricing development.
· Passion for leadership and teamwork
· Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
· Excellent guest service skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Managing the sous chefs and pastry chef guiding their oversight of the kitchen staff with primary focus on selection, training, and supervising of daily work assignments.
