What You’ll Do:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site staff.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
Monitor progress and report regularly to management.
Allocate tasks and manage workforce effectively.
Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate when needed.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and incidents.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Mentor and train team members for success.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in site supervision or team leadership....
