We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Assistant .
Desired Candidate Profile:
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
Good communication and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the clearance team to plan the clearance of shipments arriving at the port.
Track and report on vehicle maintenance schedules.
Visit warehouses to verify stock levels.
Process GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for all incoming shipments.
Ensure proper logging and record-keeping in the warehouses.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock management and organization.
