Assist the Staff Cafeteria team in managing all culinary activities during Ramadan, ensuring compliance with Velaa’s standards in quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Promoting cross-sectional effective communication with a positive team spirit. Continuously work on maintaining the consistency of dishes and take initiative on improving the quality and range of choices. Qualifications Available to work from 01st March 2025 to end of 01st April 2025. Previous experience in a similar role with hotels/resorts in preparing Maldivian and Asian cuisine. Must have excellent knowledge of HACCP and other food safety standards. Must be able to communicate in English. Experienced in working with multicultural teams and able to work under pressure. Ability to work in hectic environments.
