Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls from customers, assisting with food delivery orders and inquiries.
Providing accurate information about the menu, delivery times, and promotions.
Resolving customer issues or complaints related to orders, delivery, or payments.
Updating customer order information and ensuring timely and efficient service.
Maintaining a professional and friendly tone during all customer interactions.
Recording and documenting customer feedback or concerns for quality improvement.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both Dhivehi and English, both spoken and written.
Prior experience in a similar customer service or call center role is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
