Job Description

Role Overview:

  • To provide strategic leadership and direct operations to ensure the spa department achieves its goals and effectively contributes to the guest experience whilst maintaining Raffles Maldives Meradhoo Brand Standards.
  • Strategically direct the progress and performance of the business through sales and marketing and take ownership and responsibility in order to ensure maximum revenue.
  • Ensure all tasks in the spa operation’s POP (Pre Opening Plan) are completed to ensure a successful opening according to Raffles Maldives Meradhoo Brand Standards.
  • Ensure consistent spa/wellness experience development to ensure that innovation and uniqueness is maintained.
  • Monitor and analyze the products and services of competitive spas, to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Review all guest feedback results to implement improvements and ensure guest satisfaction

Specific Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar function from a top end luxury island resort.
  • Diploma in Leisure Management or related fields.
  • Certificate in an alternative wellness practice i.e. homeopathy, naturopathy, TCM etc.
  • Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management
  • Certificate in Health Safety & Environment (HS&E).
  • Experience with integrated wellness approaches / working models.
  • Sports and body/mind practice techniques
