Job Description



Responsibilities include; reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. Handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of Companies business.

Ultimately, you together with accounts and finance team will ensure process all financial transactions accurately and on time. 

Accounts Executive Responsibilities Include:

  •       Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
  •       Process & update bank deposits | Online Payment | TT payments and etc
  •       Reconcile financial statements
  •       Prepare, send and store invoices
  •       Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  •       Prepare tax forms and follow-up submit process
  •       Identify and address discrepancies
  •       Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
  •       Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  •       Develop periodic reports for management
  •       Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
  •       Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
  •       Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
  •       Prepare budget and financial forecasts, based on the forecast made by Marketing Department.
  •       Publish financial statements in time
  •       Conduct month-end and year-end close process
  •       Collect, analyze and summarize account information
  •       Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
  •       Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
