TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a skilled Technician. The role requires hands-on technical expertise in system programming, wiring, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair chemical dosing systems for laundry, kitchen, housekeeping, pool, and boiler applications.

• Install and commission chemical dosing systems, ensuring correct calibration and compliance with manufacturer specifications.

• Program, configure, and optimize dosing controllers and pumps to ensure accurate chemical delivery.

• Perform programming and wiring connections for washing machines.

• Perform programming and wiring connections for dishwashing machines.

• Diagnose and rectify electrical and electronic faults related to dosing equipment, sensors, and control panels.

• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime.

• Read, understand, and execute work according to technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.

• Conduct system testing, performance verification, and adjustments after installation or repair.

• Provide on-site technical support and basic operational training to customer staff.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, chemical handling procedures, and company policies.

• Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and maintenance documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to plan service visits and system upgrades.

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide 24-hour customer support when required.

• Maintain tools, spare parts, and testing equipment in good working condition.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend system enhancements where applicable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in related field.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in English .
