Senior Construction Supervisor

• Demonstrates a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards and reflects the values of Velaa Private Island.
• Overall responsibility for delivery of construction projects (scope, time, cost, quality).
• Lead and manage construction teams, supervisors, and contractors.
• Control project budgets, schedules, and variations.
• Oversee technical coordination, drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Manage procurement, contracts, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize operational impact.
• Monitor risks, quality, and project progress reporting.
• Manage handover, as-built documentation, and asset integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar position with a 5-star luxury resort/hotel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & confident to anticipate and manage processes.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English, fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, MC system with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction software like AutoCAD or similar.
• A bachelor's degree or higher diploma from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
