SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
SCOPE OF WORK
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to expand the distribution of Alcoholic Beverages, Cigars, and Premium Brands in the Maldives.
- Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and build long-term relationships with key hospitality and retail partners.
- Oversee promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and brand positioning for the company portfolio.
- Report directly to the Finance Manager/Management on sales performance and marketing ROI.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong background in Sales and Marketing, specifically within the FMCG or luxury beverage industry.
- Proven track record of meeting high-value sales targets and managing marketing budgets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professional integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
