Speedboat Captain (Maldivian only)

Title: Speedboat Captain

Place of Employment: Himmafushi

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Speedboat Captain to operate our speedboat for transfers from Himmafushi to airport and for excursions. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with boarding, bags and excursions equipment loading and unloading
• Maintain communication with guides and crew for smooth operations 
• Boat maintenance and cleaning
• Take overall command of the speedboat & be responsible for accident/incident control.
• Carry out daily checks of the speedboat’s safety and operational equipment in accordance with the company's policies 
• Respect boat schedules at all times in order to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Valid captain’s license and clear police record
• Minimum 2-year experience as a speedboat captain
• Expertise in navigation operation and safety protocols 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays 
• Excellent guest service and communication skills 
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
• Attention to detail for compliance and record-keeping
