Job Skills Requirement:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Having an experience in wider range of cuisines and plan for dietary requirements of clients
Plan and det daily menu or weekly
Skills in reducing waste and ordering for weekly supplies.
Ability to manage inventory and keeping food safety standards
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
Positive attitude and strong customer service approach
High attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail
Ability to work effectively within a team
Neat, professional appearance
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals for guests and crew
• Help with menu preparation, meal planning, and buffet setup
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the galley at all times
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and labelling of food items
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and placing supply orders
• Support the Head Chef in monitoring food quality and presentation
• Coordinate with service staff during mealtimes to ensure smooth operations
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head Chef or Superior from time to time
