Join our Accounts & Finance team!
We’re looking for a Collections Officer to manage outstanding debts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Monitor Accounts Receivables
✔ Contact clients via phone, email, or visits for overdue payments
✔ Negotiate payment plans and settlements
✔ Maintain accurate records and prepare collection reports
✔ Escalate high-risk accounts to senior management
Requirements:
✔ Experience in collections or accounts receivable
✔ Strong negotiation & communication skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & QuickBooks
✔ Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
