We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team at The Hawks Pvt Ltd

CARGO CLEARANCE OFFICER – 01 NO.

Requirements:

·         O’ Level I Degree I Diploma in supply chain management, logistics or any related discipline

·         3-5 years of experience in logistics, Customs Handling and Clearance Operations

·         Hands on expertise with HS Codes & customs ASYCUDA, MPL, MACL Clearance

·         Comprehensive knowledge of Customs Form Filling & Clearance Procedures

·         Driving License is a must; owning motorbike is an added advantage

·         Having customs broker license is an added advantage

·         Ability to write and speak well in both English and Dhivehi

·         Flexible enough to work long hours as and when required. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

·         Manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs. To be well versed with MPL & MACL clearance procedures.

·         Effectively follow up on day-to-day custom clearance of the consignments.

·         International Vessel handling works - Scrutiny of shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading & Certificate of origin etc as per Customs Regulations.

·         Maintain documentation and filling of voyage reports of all vessels.

·         Responsible for clearing and processing all incoming and outgoing air & sea consignments on time to avoid any demurrage.

·         Always ensure On-time delivery - clearing of goods from the Customs within the shortest possible time.

·         Analyze and Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports / exports or customer issues.

·         Ensure compliance with import/export regulations/customs regulations, legal, health and safety requirements.
