Job Summary:

The Cruise Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the cruise, ensuring seamless guest experiences, supervising the crew, and maintaining company standards of service, safety, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage daily cruise operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.

·         Supervise, guide, and motivate the crew.

·         Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

·         Handle guest relations and resolve concerns professionally.

·         Coordinate schedules and maintain operational records.

·         Work with management to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

·         Previous experience as a Cruise Manager or in a similar hospitality/nautical management role.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·         Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

·         Ability to live and work onboard for extended periods.

·         Customer-focused, adaptable, and team-oriented.
