We are looking for a Collections Officer to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers to collect payments in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of collections and report to management.

Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively in English. (Dhivehi is an added advantage)

Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Prior experience in collections or a related field.

Good knowledge of the streets and areas in Male' / Hulhumale' is an added advantage.
- Valid Driving License.
