Lily International, are seeking a motivated Industrial Chemical Sales Executive for Water and Poll Solutions of Diversey – A Solenis Company. To join our dynamic sales team of Lily In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales of our chemical products to a diverse range of clients, helping to drive growth and build lasting relationships in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the Lodging ( Hotel & Resort ) Sector.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and their applications in various Resorts and Hotels.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape
- Support the senior sales team in preparing proposals and presentations for clients
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and connect with potential customers
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with sales activities and customer interactions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with Hotels and Resorts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Work experience in a sale in hotels and resorts with similar line of chemicals.
- Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic understanding of chemical products and their applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with engineering team and their way of working.
- Soft Skills and Cultural Fit
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
Location:
This role requires successful candidates to be based in-person at our office located in Maldives.
