Reports to: Supervisor / F&B Manager

About the Role

Safari Island Maldives is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding dining experiences by providing exceptional service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and courteous manner

• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve meals and drinks promptly

• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-presented

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, bar and service stations

• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the kitchen and bar teams

• Process bills and handle payments accurately

• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

• Support team members and assist in other F&B areas when required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a resort or hotel environment preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Positive attitude, polite, and well-groomed appearance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

• Basic English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)

• Flexible, Physically fit, ability to work under pressure
