Assistant Accountant

The Assistant Accountant is responsible for supporting both accounts receivable and
accounts payable functions. This includes managing guest and corporate billing,
following up on outstanding payments, and reconciling daily revenues with PMS/POS
systems.

The role also involves verifying and processing supplier invoices, ensuring timely
vendor payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Assistant
Accountant works closely with procurement and operations teams to resolve
discrepancies and assists in monthly closing and audit requirements, helping to
ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
